            If a gorgeous and comfortable living space is not enough, Campus Palms also offers a variety of services completely free of charge to tenants. Such services include free cable, TV, internet, and parking. Valet trash is also offered to all tenants free of charge, and is located conveniently outside of each apartment. Residents also have the ability to submit work orders online, as well as make monthly payments through the online portal system. Other community features include a fitness center, a saltwater swimming pool, a computer lab, and clubhouse, which comes complete with a brand new pool table, air hockey table, and an Xbox One. All of these fantastic amenities are enclosed in our secure, gated-community, with a security guard on duty 24/7 for resident protection.
